In those pictures he actually looks like he has looked for the past 20 years! Honestly, he doesn't really seem to be aging too much.
As for hard living, I am almost positive that Lydon has always remained fairly clean. I don't think drugs ever played too great a part in his life. He was always one that felt he was "above" those petty things. If Lydon was to be a raging addict and alcoholic, then that is actually very much against the "Lydon way", so to speak.
I have no clue. I was never into them. Thats pretty coolthat he feels that way though.
